'Ohana will reopen at Disney's Polynesian Resort on July 9th! This popular restaurant will again offer their fabulous all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast and dinner, however, Disney characters will not be hosting breakfast. A strolling musician will entertain Guests for dinner. For breakfast, Guests will enjoy an all-American breakfast with a Polyneisan twist. The delicious pineapple-coconut breakfast bread will start the meal. Then guests will feast on Stitch and Mickey Mouse waffles, scrambled eggs; ham with pineapple; breakfast potatoes; and fresh fruit. The ‘Ohana dinner will start with 'Ohana coconut-papaya scones and cheddar-bacon biscuits; a mixed greens salad; pork dumplings; and honey-coriander chicken wings. The main course will be the all-you-care-to-enjoy platter of grilled beef steak; roasted chicken; kielbasa sausage; and island shrimp casserole. The sides accompanying this platter will be egg fried rice and roasted broccolini. The famous noodles are currently missing from the menu, we hope this changes! Don't worry though as the ‘Ohana bread pudding (served a la mode with that fantastic caramel sauce) will be available. Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort will open for dinner on June 24th for walk-up availability only. Starting July 5th, and later, is when guests can start making advance dining reservations. Disney Skyliner conveniently stops at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, making it an easy (and fun!) trip for Guests visiting Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios to dine at Sebastian's Bistro for dinner. The meal at Sebastian’s will be the signature buttery house-baked pull-apart rolls served with guava butter and caramelized onion jam. A salad appetizer of mixed greens, spiced candied walnuts, grilled pineapple will be served before the main course. The Taste of the Caribbean Platter will be for the whole table and will feature oven-roasted citrus chicken; slow-cooked mojo pork with mango sambal; and grilled flank steak with mojito relish. The sides that accompany the platter will be cilantro rice and beans; vegetable curry; and grilled broccolini. Coconut shrimp with creamy chipotle dining can also be ordered as an add-on to the meal for an additional fee. The meal at Sebastian's will end with the popular coconut-pineapple bread pudding! Reservations are now open for both of these restaurants. Remember that advanced dining reservations for Walt Disney World Resort guests can be made 60 days in advance of your check-in date. Non-resort guests can make their reservations 60 days in advance of the day you'd like to dine.

Moana is coming to the rooms at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World Resort! In big ways and in subtle ways. Take a look at these new photos that were shared with us earlier today. They take you inside a newly reimagined guest room at the resort from various angles, including the bathroom! These reimagined spaces feature a new color palette inspired by the Pacific Ocean (the blue color of the headboard is gorgeous and reminds us of the ocean!) and its many islands. There are many details, patterns and textures inspired by the Walt Disney Animation Studios film “Moana” – look closely and you might even spot some characters from the story or the heart of Te Fiti! You’ll also see all-new furnishings and fixtures in the room. In the bathrooms, for instance, Disney Imagineers took inspiration from the sandy ocean floor for the tiles and carved details in the vanity. The colorful patterns found throughout the room bring a whole new energy to the space, evoking undulating ocean waves and tropical flowers. This popular resort joins the other Disney Resort hotels of Walt Disney World in creating the Disney Resorts Collection, where the magic found in the theme parks extends to every moment of a guest’s vacation. Disney Resort hotels offer a wide selection of fantastic settings to choose from, inspired by worlds both real and imagined. Guests are fully immersed in Disney's legendary storytelling and guest service that extend beyond the theme parks to every moment of a stay - whether visiting an African savanna, strolling a seaside boardwalk, seeing a favorite Disney character or so much more – there’s magic seemingly around every corner.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is now accepting bookings for late July 2021 and after. When guests pull up to the Great Ceremonial House, they’ll notice even more exciting changes. The porte cochere is in the midst of a dramatic overhaul that will feature a high-pitched, open-truss roof covered in a thatch style with pops of color. Above the porte cochere, the Monorail station is receiving new wooden screens with tropical colors, adding to the open and airy vibe befitting of the South Seas.
