Friends Trip Planning Fee

Need to get your friends together for an out of town getaway but don't know where to go? Where to stay? What to do? Don't worry - Simply Perfect Vacations has you covered!

For a nominal fee your Simply Perfect Vacations agent will send your group a series of quizzes to figure where you should go, where you'll stay, where you'll eat and what you'll do! Based on the result of the quizzes provided to your group, you will be provided two detailed proposals for two different cities. The proposal will include both hotel and housing options for your lodging; recommended activities and restaurants. Your group will then take another quiz to figure out the city and preferred lodging. Once the lodging is booked your agent will send a final quiz for preferred restaurants and activities. Your Simply Perfect Vacations agent will take care of all of the booking details for you! From the lodging, to restaurant to the activities. All you have to do is show up and have fun with your friends!

Pricing is based on groups of 1 - 6. If you have more than 6 in your party, you will need to purchase this planning fee twice.

SPV Concierge Research & Planning Fee

Let your trusted agent at Simply Perfect Vacations do the researching, verifying, planning and booking of your vacation so you have a cohesive vacation that fits your personal vacation style, wants and needs.  


Pricing includes a 30 minute consultation over the phone (or Zoom, Messenger or email if you prefer) and we will take care of the rest for you. Your agent will be your one point of contact from vacation idea to the day you get home to everything in between.


Please note that: Pricing is per household. Purchase of concierge package is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to different dates if vacation planning has already taken place or for a vacation that is cancelled. A new concierge package will need to be purchase for new travel dates.

Client Retention Fee

Ready to work with your Simply Perfect Vacations Agent? So are we! This $100 fee will get the ball rolling on your vacation starting first with a completely customizable quote detailed to your specifications!

This $100 fee is a non-refundable if you were to cancel your vacation. If you go on your vacation, we will return this fee to your in the form of a gift card to spend on your vacation!

Flight Booking Assistance

Need assistance booking flights for your vacation? Your SPV agent can help! For $50 a person your agent will help you find a flight that works for your budget and schedule.

Please note this is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee. If you or the airline were to cancel your flight, this fee will not be refunded to you.

Pricing is per household unless otherwise noted.  The purchase of any concierge package is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to different dates if client willingly chooses new vacation dates prior to departing on vacation or if client willingly cancels their vacation. A new concierge package will need to be purchased for at-will date changes and cancellation.
