 Two brand-new nighttime spectaculars will be debuting on October 1st as part of the Walt Disney World 50th anniversary celebration, “Disney Enchantment” at the Magic Kingdom and “Harmonious” at EPCOT. To make these magical celebrations even more special, a new lineup of Appetizing Occasions will return. From sweet treats to international fare, there’s no shortage of options for making the most of the nighttime spectacular experience. Disney Enchantment, a brand-new, dazzling nighttime fireworks spectacular, debuts October 1st at Magic Kingdom Park. To enrich the experience of this immersive show, there’s a full menu of dessert party options that include viewing locations from the heart of the park to the Seven Seas Lagoon.  Celebration at the Top: 50th Flavors and Fireworks at Disney’s Contemporary Resort A sophisticated evening awaits at this event, where Guests are welcomed to the private Sonoma and Napa Rooms at California Grill to sample a selection of specialty drinks, canapes, sushi and small plates. Several items pay homage to the original menu from the resort’s opening in 1971, including a Florida Lobster Bisque. After an elevated cocktail hour, Guests can step outside to the observation deck on the 15th floor for a unique viewpoint of Disney Enchantment, complete with the synchronized music. The event continues back inside after the show with petit-fours, cordials and coffee.
At Magic Kingdom Park, three dessert party options put Guests right in the middle of the magic to view Disney Enchantment. Each event includes 50th anniversary-themed delights at different times throughout the evening at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant. No matter which party Guests choose, they’ll discover a host of 50th anniversary-themed desserts prepared by our pastry chef, including chocolate-dipped strawberries and butterscotch pudding, plus a variety of cheeses. Drink selections will also be available, including an assortment of beer and wine for Guests ages 21 and over. Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Disney Enchantment Pre-Party Guests can sweeten the evening at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park with 50th anniversary-themed desserts prepared by our pastry chef, a variety of cheeses and beverages, with selections of beer and wine included. Then, before the show begins, Cast Members will escort Guests to a reserved standing viewing location in one of the plaza gardens with prime viewing of Disney Enchantment.

 Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise Set sail from the Transportation and Ticket Center on one of the iconic ferryboats for a magical evening on the Seven Seas Lagoon. Once onboard, Guests can taste a variety of bite-size signature sweets including build-your-own mousse, key lime tarts, cupcakes and specialty beverages with and without alcohol. Kids can even participate in an ultraviolet scavenger hunt. During the cruise, Guests can observe the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks accompanied by stunning water views. Starts Sept. 18, 2021; Reservations available now  Harmonious, one of the largest nighttime spectaculars ever created for Disney Parks, will soon light the World Showcase Lagoon at EPCOT beginning October 1. With choreographed moving fountains, lights, pyrotechnics and lasers in a 360-degree view. Harmonious shows how Disney music and stories have the power to bring people from all around the world together to unlock the magic of possibility. Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package Dine under the stars on the patio at Rose & Dining Room, which serves classic British fare. Sit back and enjoy the wonder of Harmonious. This package features a prix-fixe menu including one appetizer, entrée, dessert platter and unlimited beverages. Check-in begins 45 minutes prior to the show. The dining experience will last approximately 90 minutes, ending when the show ends.
Spice Road Table Dining Package Dine in the covered, outdoor dining area reminiscent of the cafes from the Moroccan seaside with a stunning view of Harmonious. Spice Road Table offers a variety of Mediterranean small plates, including Grilled Lamb Kefta, House-made Hummus Fries and Spiced Chicken. The Spice Road Table Dining Package includes two small plates, a dessert platter and unlimited beverages. Check-in begins 45 minutes prior to the show. The dining experience will last approximately 90 minutes, ending when the show ends.

 Twinkling lights, festive décor, and magical celebrations will fill Magic Kingdom Park when “Disney Very Merriest After Hours” begins. This brand new, special-ticketed event, will debut on November 8 for only 24 nights, ending on December 21st.
The party will start at 9:00PM and end at 1:00AM, however tickets will grant guests admission to the Magic Kingdom as early at 7:00PM. The four hours of festivities will delight guests with “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks” (in addition to the brand-new fireworks spectacular "Disney Enchantment"!) and the special holiday-themed parade “Once Upon a Christmastime Parade”. During the parade (not a cavalcade) Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will be joined by pals from Disney’s “Frozen” and many other favorite Disney characters including the very popular Toy Soldiers. This new show will bring the globe together at World Showcase Lagoon in a celebration of Disney music that inspires people worldwide. It’s a grand, powerful tribute to the stories and songs that unite us, embracing new technical magic that incorporates pyrotechnics, choreographed moving fountains, lighting and media in new ways. “Harmonious” will invite you to travel the globe through new interpretations of classic Disney songs as you’ve never heard them before, reimagined in more than a dozen languages by a diverse group of 240 artists from around the world. Guests can now dine “underneath the lovely London sky” in the newly reimagined Cítricos at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, which pays homage to the whimsy and elegance of Mary Poppins Returns. Taking subtle cues from the movie’s animated sequence, the dining room brings Guests into a fanciful garden setting where they can “trip a little light fantastic” as they experience the restaurant surrounded by the glow from decorative lamps and chandeliers.  Guests will experience a new menu with starters like Sweet Corn Bisque with pickled fennel, popcorn, and fennel oil and a colorful Strawberry Salad with chamomile-infused goat cheese, frisée lettuce, bacon vinaigrette, and spiced sunflower seeds. Entrées include Butter-poached Florida Cobia with mashed fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus, and local mushrooms with a grapefruit beurre blanc or a delicious Guava Barbequed Short Ribs with aged cheddar creamy grits, roasted poblano, curtido slaw, and Brussels sprouts.  For a sweet ending, Guests will enjoy decadent desserts such as Warm Apple Rose with seasonal apple, marzipan layers, and frozen coconut milk and the Chocolate Torte, a dark chocolate financier, dark cherry compote, and vanilla bean mascarpone cream.  Trail’s End Restaurant at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort will reopen July 17 with hearty family-style skillets for breakfast and dinner. Guests can can start their morning with an oven-fresh pastry basket and berry granola yogurt parfait for the table, followed by a hearty family-style skillet with smoked brisket and eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheesy potato casserole. Of course, no breakfast is complete without Mickey waffles! Adults can sip on Moonshine Morning Cocktails – a Pioneer Mimosa with passion, orange, and guava juices and a Mountain Mary with moonshine. Dinner at Trail’s End starts with hushpuppies and skillet cornbread with a chopped garden salad for the table. The family-style Smokehouse Skillet comes with pecan-smoked brisket, rotisserie chicken, andouille sausage, fingerlings potatoes, green beans, and buttered corn on the cob. Pork spare ribs, peel n’ eat shrimp, and cornbread-crusted salmon are available as tasty add-ons to the meal. Be sure to save room for the Covered Wagon Sundae – a wagon load of ice cream, toppings, brownies, cookies, and chocolate-covered bacon! Adults can even kick back with Moonshine Cocktails.  At Magic Kingdom Theme Park, Casey’s Corner on Main Street, U.S.A., has reopened with their classic all-beef hot dogs. Catch hold of a Chili-Cheese All-Beef Hot Dog or dig into a pile of Corn Dog Nuggets with, of course, cheese sauce. And the plant-based Loaded Slaw Dog (plant-based sausage topped with pickled slaw, barbecue vegan aïoli, and roasted corn relish), is back! The Frozen Mint Julep Lemonade is a refreshing homerun to go along with the hot dog. And don’t forget, mobile order is available at Casey’s Corner. Guests can also get ready to treat themselves to hand-scooped ice cream at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor hosted by Edys. This oh-so-sweet nostalgic ice cream parlor on Main Street, U.S.A., will open July 7 with favorite flavors on a cone or in a cup – fat-free and no sugar added, as well as plant-based non-dairy options will be available. And more sweet news: Barq’s Root Beer Floats and Coca-Cola Floats are back!  Eight Spoons Café at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park is now open and offering their delish Baked Macaroni & Cheese (with or without pulled pork). The exciting news – the Pulled Pork Jelly Donut Sandwich is back! YUM!
