 One of the things we’re most excited about is how the Disney Wish, Disney Cruise Line's newest ship, will be full of Disney storytelling and enchantment. One of the stories that will be present aboard the ship will be a favorite of ours at Simply Perfect Vacations, “Beauty and the Beast.” If you have vacationed with Disney Cruise Line before, you know that each ship has dedicated spaces for adults. Palo Steakhouse Dining Room on the Disney Wish Palo Steakhouse, a Disney Cruise Line favorite, is evolving to combine authentic Italian cuisine with modern steakhouse fare. As you dine in this elegant dining room, you’ll notice a subtle theming centered around Cogsworth, the Beast's majordomo who was turned into an enchanted pendulum clock, due to the Enchantress's curse. This ambiance will be deep and rich thanks to dark wood detailing that is adorned with clockwork-inspired wall art. Diners will have the option of oversized banquette seating or a more intimate table that is adjacent to expansive windows offering stunning ocean views.  Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement celebrates Lumiere with a palette of blues and white. The dining space will be brought to life through shimmering light fixtures made up of gold and glassy baubles. Guests will enjoy a gourmet menu created by the three-star-Michelin Chef Lallement. Both restaurants will feature private dining rooms and will be joined by an outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean.  The Rose will celebrate the most iconic elements in the film – the enchanted rose that started the entire story. Located at the entrance to Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté, the lounge will be the perfect setting for a pre-dinner aperitif or after-dinner cocktail.
Venture through Belle’s Library There is a Beauty and the Beast spaced on the Disney Wish designed just for kids! At Disney’s Oceaneer Club, young princes and princesses will be able to explore Belle’s library in the activity rooms located in Fairytale Hall. In Belle's library kids will act out some of their favorite stories with Disney friends and they might just meet the courageous princess – an avid book reader herself! As of today, masks are OPTIONAL in OUTDOOR common areas at both Walt Disney World Resort AND Universal Orlando Resort. Face coverings are still required in all indoor locations including shops and restaurants; on all attractions—from the moment the queue begins until the exit of the experience; while inside; and while on transportation or in the queue for the transportation. Aboard the AquaMouse, the first-ever Disney attraction at sea, families will be immersed in “The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse” animated shorts. This first-of-its-kind water ride will send Guests on a fun family adventure through 760 feet of winding tubes suspended high above the upper decks complete with show scenes, lighting and special effects, and splashtacular surprises.
Like everything Disney does, there is a story and this new attraction as no different. For this attraction, Mickey and Minnie are starting their very own seaside excursion company named “Port Misadventures” on board the Disney Wish, and adventuresome cruisers will join them on an undersea excursion to Mermaid Lagoon that will inevitably (and hilariously) go awry. The journey will begin when Guests board a two-seater ride vehicles and ascend into a magical tunnel that will teleport them into the cartoon world of “Scuba Scramble,” a new animated short that plays out through oversized virtual portholes. Along the way, they’ll encounter curious sea creatures, familiar Disney friends and more than 60 water effects that bring the subaquatic hijinks to life. At the height of the show, riders will blast out of the tunnel and embark on a wild water ride around the upper decks, zipping through the forward funnel through an enclosed tube surrounded by dazzling lighting effects, then a quick dash through a dark tunnel that opens up to reveal breathtaking views of the ocean. They’ll then jet up and down a series of speed blasters as they are propelled toward the grand finale: a soaring loop over the edge of the ship, with clear views down to the deep blue sea. With that, they’ll splash down for a sendoff message from Mickey and Minnie – another successful tour in the books! This is our first look at inside the Wish Tower Suite! This is the first accommodation located in the funnel of a Disney Cruise Line ship found only on the Disney Wish! This new ship will be setting sail in summer 2022! Guests staying in this suite can expect the royal treatment with expert service of a personal concierge team, a delightful selection of curated services and daily treats, and even a private elevator.  The Wish Tower Suite is a 1,966 sq. ft. penthouse suite, that will sleep up to 8 guests. This suite is considered to be the 'crown jewel' of the various types of staterooms located aboard the Disney Wish. There is a spacious upper-level loft, a children’s room, a library that converts to a bedroom and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The magnificent living room will be flanked by an open dining area and a bar, all offering extraordinary views across the upper decks to the horizon through an expansive two-story window wall. This enchanting suite will feature artwork, iconography and materials inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Moana.” Throughout the suite, guests will find sophisticated and creative nods to this films with the artwork and decoration including a hand-crafted porcelain sculpture that comes alive in an only-Disney-can-do way. When guests arrive to the Wish Tower Suite, the statue may be pulsing in hues of green amid soft chimes that recall the film’s distinctive soundtrack, revealing itself as the heart of Te Fiti. The special lighting and audio effects will eventually fill the room to provide a truly magical, one-of-a-kind greeting.   No matter what stateroom you choose for your home away from home while onboard the Wish, it will provide a luxurious and peaceful retreat. All staterooms are designed with families in mind with ample storage and upscale amenities.

A new event is coming to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom this Halloween season. “Disney After Hours BOO BASH” will take place on select nights, August 10 - October 31, from 9 p.m. to midnight*. Get in the spooky spirit with Halloween-themed cavalcades. Indulge your sweet tooth at candy stops throughout the park. See some of your favorite and fiendish Disney friends as they lurk about, from Dr. Facilier and Captain Barbosa, to Goofy and Chip 'n' Dale. Stop and listen to the Cadaver Dans during their special comeback (from the dead) performance. And enjoy themed offerings, from sweet treats to savory delights.
“Disney After Hours BOO BASH” tickets will grant admission to Magic Kingdom Park as early as 7:00 p.m. without the need for a day park ticket or Disney Park Pass theme park reservation, giving Guests time to enjoy even more of their favorites. Guests young, old and immortal can dress in costume for the occasion and get their fill of Halloween candy. As an important reminder, costume masks are not permitted for adults; they can only be worn by children younger than 14. In addition, all Guests are required to wear approved face coverings during the event. Before Guests arrive, check the Know Before You Go page and Costume Guidelines. If you aren’t familiar with Disney After Hours, it’s a special event that’s open to a limited number of Guests, after normal park operating hours. The experience offers low wait times at most attractions from classics like The Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain, to newer favorites like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It’s a ghostly good time for all! Tickets are not on sale yet but Walt Disney World Resort Guests will have access to an early purchase window.
