Platinum Concierge Package includes everything with the Gold concierge package PLUS:

- Planning session time limit increased to 60 minutes - this can be split up over multiple phone calls if you prefer!;
- Off Site accommodation and dining recommendations;
- Assistance with reservations and tickets to other Orlando Area activities (ie Kennedy Space Center; SeaWorld; LegoLand and more!);
- Disney tips and tricks customized for your vacation and your family so you're not wasting your time in the parks; and
- Universal Dining assistance and recommendations for your Universal theme park days!
Please note that: Pricing is per household. Purchase of concierge package is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to different dates if vacation planning has already taken place or for a vacation that is cancelled. A new concierge package will need to be purchase for new travel dates.
