Terms and Conditions

Pricing is per household.  The purchase of any concierge package is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to different dates if client willingly chooses new vacation dates prior to departing on vacation or if client willingly cancels their vacation. A new concierge package will need to be purchased for at-will date changes and cancellation.
